Mad Max: Grit Canyon Minefields

Grit is a natural resource which has been mined for over two thousand years, but it’s being depleted at a more rapid rate than ever before. The grit mines are scattered across the world and provide grit necessary for holding water in soil, building strong bones and teeth, preventing soil erosion and much more!

Grit Canyon Minefield

In Mad Max: Fury Road, we see a world where grit is a scarce and valuable resource. Grit is used to construct vehicles, weapons and other objects necessary for survival in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.

The grit canyons seen in the movie are located in a remote area outside of the reach of the tyrannical warlord, Immortan Joe. These canyons are home to a large number of grit miners who risk their lives to extract this valuable resource.

Max’s Abilities and Weapons

Max’s grit abilities and weapons (grit bullets) can provide a solution to most obstacles, for instance if Max encounters any enemy they may drop ammo for Max’s weapons, which is very beneficial. Grit canyons and grit mines are found in the Grit Canyon Minefields Location and can be a headache to get through. Utilizing grit abilities and grit bullets will make it much easier to traverse this area. There are many enemies in this area so taking them out one by one is probably best, or using grit power.

Enemies and Bosses in the Minefields

The Grit Canyon Minefields is home to a variety of enemies, from raiders and Warboys to Buzzards and vehicles. The most dangerous enemy in the minefields is the Buzzard, which can easily take down Max if he’s not careful. The best way to deal with Buzzards is to use grit bullets, which will cause them to drop ammo for Max’s weapons.

Other enemies in the minefields include raiders, Warboys, vehicles and dogs. Dogs can be killed easily with a few shots from Max’s rifle, while raiders and Warboys can be taken down with grit powers or grit bullets. Vehicles can be destroyed with grit bullets or by using Max’s car as cover and shooting at them.

The minefield is the only location where the Buzzard appears in Mad Max. The enemy type can be found during Pitched Battle, Last Chance and their respective challenges. It should be noted that not all of the grit mines need to be cleared for completion of a challenge.

Collectibles, Crafting, and Upgrades Along the Way 

In order to make your way through the grit canyon minefields, you’ll need to collect grit, ammo, and supplies along the way. Grit can be found in various locations in the minefields, and is essential for crafting useful items and upgrades. Ammo can be found by shooting enemies, and is necessary for defending yourself against the hostile environment. Supplies can be found in crates and other containers, and are used for upgrading Max’s abilities and weapons.

There are a number of collectibles in the grit canyon minefields, including scrap, tools, maps and journals. Collecting all of these items will give you a better understanding of the area and the people who live there. The grit canyon minefields can be treacherous, but with the right tools and strategies, you can make your way through it and come out victorious.


The grit canyons are deep, steep-sided ravines that are formed when a river cuts through resistant rocks. Be careful out there though – it may be best to take one tip at a time if you feel overwhelmed by all of these tips.
